Sisters' Fitness Success

Sisters Gemma and Kelly recently attended our 8 week Barony Bootcamp from October - December last year. Neither Gemma nor Kelly had ever taken part in fitness classes before then.

After a few weeks, Gemma and Kelly took out a fitness membership, and completed the 8 week Bootcamp programme. They enjoyed every session - the variety in content, how challenging and most importantly fun the course was and that it was inclusive for all.

For Gemma, Bootcamp helped with her anxiety and mental health. Instructor Robert was impressed with how Gemma’s fitness levels improved along with her confidence and Gemma is now taking part in more classes at Barony and continuing her fitness journey in 2023.

Kelly who has a 10 month old baby, started Robert's Bootcamp class to improve her strength and energy levels. Kelly also lives with arthritis and often has flare ups. Robert was able to adapt the sessions to meet her personal needs.

Both sisters agreed that the weekly sessions had improved their fitness and strength, but also given them some much needed “me time” where they could switch off for a while and concentrate just on themselves.

We wish them both continued success and enjoyment on their fitness journey.
